My interest in cooking has been a very personal journey and shaped by a lifetime of adventures and experiences. I've traveled the world as a music artist and had my own jewelry brand with a store in Soho - NYC. I've worked in business development and other ventures and yet all of this leads me back to my love of really good food. It doesn't have to be expensive - it has to be memorable and something you will think of making or eating again for the rest of your life. Food is our social time and a way to share love with ourselves and others and appreciate the incredible bounties of our planet.
Great ingredients are the starting point of any dish. I focus on how food makes you feel - inside and out - simple food made with great ingredients is time and money well spent. While I can't guarantee that every single element is organic - I make it a high priority to procure the best possible ingredients that are fresh, seasonal, and locally available. You won't get that kind of quality when you go to most restaurants. So rest assured, I make organic, scratch-made food and you can say goodbye to those preservatives, etc.
I offer services for in-home dinners, make-ahead meals, and special events with a limit of 25 people. Each dish has been carefully curated and recipe-tested to perfection.

How do I determine the pricing? This is all based on the scale and scope of the project - please contact me with more details and I can supply you with a quote.
Is all of your food organic? I try to use organic products as much as possible while taking seasonality and availability into consideration. I also utilize farm grown, local products as much as possible.
Do you only cook the items on your menu? I'm open to catering and creating a specialized menu for an event as long as I'm able to work within my standards of organic, grass fed and locally sourced ingredients. Please send me your ideas and we can discuss.
Food is getting expensive these days and you don't always know what you're getting even when you go to a nice restaurant or order takeout. My goal is to provide organic, well-balanced meals that will leave you feeling great and can be shared with loved ones on special occasions.
