BodyTalk is a non-invasive holistic therapy that stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself. BodyTalk practitioners use a variety of techniques that activate the brain, restructure the body’s energetic patterns and promote healing from within. During a session, muscle checking (neuromuscular feedback) is used to determine the specific areas of the body that are not communicating or working together as a team in synchronicity. Techniques including light touch and tapping are then used to restore your body’s balance to its natural state.
Every single atom, cell, organ and system in the body is in constant communication with each other at all times as well as with other subtle energy circuits of the body such as the meridians, chakras, and nervous system. When we experience stress in our daily life it can affect this natural communication within the body which prevents the body from functioning at its best and can lead to emotional and physical health issues. BodyTalk helps reestablish these energetic circuits by finding the elements of the bodymind which were involved and allowing them to come into balance and communication, which then allows the body to very quickly recover and catch up in the healing process.
BodyTalk is a whole healthcare system which blends quantum physics with ancient philosophical knowledge to support people in an innovative and effective method for healing their ailments on all levels. It's a remarkable resource which can help individuals become more in touch with their health journey and empowered in embracing their natural state of health.

Please reach us at mollymagdalain@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
BodyTalk uses simple, non-invasive techniques to address a wide variety of conditions that present themselves at the body, mind and spirit levels. While BodyTalk does not diagnose, it can be used to address conditions such as allergies, mental health, mood irregularities, headaches/migraines, neck and back pain, stress/anxiety/depression, arthritis, digestive disorders, chronic pain and insomnia.
I'm currently in the process of becoming a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and will be doing case studies and sessions as part of that process. For this reason, I ask for a suggested donation of $20 for a session at this time. Once I have certified, the rate will increase to $85 per session.
Once your session has been scheduled, please sign the Liability Waiver and Intake Form and email it to mollymagdalain@gmail.com prior to your session (for new clients only). Make sure to wear comfortable clothing for your session and you may want a small notepad if you want to take any notes.
All you need to do is relax and breathe, make yourself comfortable and feel free to change your position at any time. Do not hesitate to ask questions at any time. As your practitioner, I will go through a series of questions and may ask you for some direct feedback on areas of focus that come up during the session. Most sessions last for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure to stay well hydrated after receiving your session.
BodyTalk sessions can be done via long distance and are just as effective as ones done in person. A long distance session can be a good option if you are unable to be present due to whatever reason including travel, location or scheduling conflicts.
Distance sessions work like wireless technology in that there has to be a sender and a receiver. In the case of a BodyTalk session, the sender is the practitioner and the receiver is the client. As your practitioner, I will use myself as a surrogate for the neuromuscular feedback and related techniques which will facilitate the balancing of your body on all levels. Distance sessions can be conducted over the phone or on Zoom and it’s recommended that the client receive the session in a quiet place with minimal disruptions so they can relax and receive during the session.
Let me know at the beginning of the session if you’d like for it to be recorded. Sessions can be recorded in-person or via Zoom and will be shared with you after.
